You can find detailed measurements on each product page, as sizing may vary slightly by style. As a general reference, we suggest selecting your most frequently worn shoe size.

For customers familiar with international sizing, we often recommend choosing one size up.

We’re happy to offer a one-time exchange within 7 working days of receiving your order, subject to product availability. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition – unworn and unused.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

We ship orders from Monday to Friday.

  • Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the following business day.
  • Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday.

We’re delighted to offer international shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, please reach out to our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We accept a variety of payment methods.

  • For Indonesian customers: payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, etc.). If you choose bank transfer, please refer to the Payment Confirmation section for further instructions.
  • For international customers: payments can be made securely via credit/debit card and other choices through our third-party provider.

If you selected bank transfer, please confirm your payment after completing the transfer by clicking the Payment Confirmation button — available on your Account page or at the bottom of our website.

Your order will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.

If you change your mind, you may cancel your order as long as payment has not yet been completed.

Simply go to your Account page → select Order → choose the order you’d like to cancel → and click Cancel. Our team will take care of the rest.

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Please contact our Customer Care team via WhatsApp with your order details and photos of the item received. We will ensure the issue is resolved promptly, and of course, all related expenses will be covered by us.
