Returns & Exchanges

Terms and Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

• The maximum period for a size exchange is 7 working days after your order is received.
• Size exchanges are limited to one time only. Please ensure the new size is correct.
• Before requesting a size exchange, customers must first confirm and contact Nakedsol customer service team via WhatsApp 0878 8868 5608.
• Customers must submit photos of the shoes being worn to help us determine the appropriate size.
• Customers must submit photos of the product alone, showing the front, side, and bottom sole.
• Returned products must be in a clean condition, unworn and new.
• If the desired size is sold out, customers may either wait until it’s restock or exchange with the same product in other available color or different products with the same value.
• Please note: If the size difference is only 0.5 cm, we do not recommend exchanging sizes. After a few wears, the product will gradually conform to your feet shape.
• Returned products must be packed securely and neatly.
• We are not required to send a replacement if we received used or damaged products.
• All return postage costs will be at the customer’s expense. Return shipping must be prepaid and trackable.

• Step 1. Contact our customer service team on WhatsApp.
• Step 2. Send picture of the front packaging with courier receipt
• Step 3. Send the pictures of the product’s condition & product on your feet.
• Step 4. After approval, we will send you our address and more detail information.
• Step 5. Please ship the product in a secure packaging.
• Step 6. After we received your package, we will send the exchange product.
